Professor Barlow is very educated and his enthusiasm for the subject was apparent. I feel this class was an extremely valuable experience for me and I hope I have the opportunity to take additional classes from Professor Barlow.
I really enjoyed this class and I believe that it should be a requirement to graduate for students. I am very interested in investing; however, before this course, my knowledge on investing was limited. I think that this class, unlike many others I have taken, will be beneficial for the rest of my life.
I have been going to school for a while now. This class was just by chance that I took it. I feel that this class has been more beneficial to me and my future than any other class I have taken so far. It should be REQUIRED!! Also, Mr. Barlow was an excellent teacher.
I think this professor is the sexiest man on campus. I love his bow tie collection and the passion he displays for books and ideas. He is a cutie, warm and kind and fun-loving. He brings out the best in his students. I like his gentle sense of humor.
The instructor was very knowledgeable. I do not remember a single question the instructor was not able to answer. The fact that the instructor has succeeded in following the principles he is teaching is most inspiring.
This note is to merely express my appreciation to you and your department for having Mr. James Barlow handle our Introduction to Investments. This is an exceptionally valuable course to a professional/businessman such as myself. The clarity of his lectures makes a lot of these difficult areas more lucid to the beginner in investments. In addition he has a great sense of humor which moves the class along and highlights many of his points.
